We’re thrilled to announce our participation in the American Society on Aging Conference (ASA), where we showcased our approach to adapting programs virtually for our community.
In March 2020, just weeks after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent shelter-in-place mandates, our team recognized the urgent need to transition our programs to a virtual platform and so we embarked on a journey to offer engaging and high-quality online classes. Despite the challenges posed by the global crisis, we remained steadfast in our commitment to creating a thriving virtual environment accessible to all. We not only gained valuable knowledge but also had the privilege of reconnecting with our participants during a time of profound social upheaval, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
