On November 10th, the On Lok Always Active team hosted an in-person class at On Lok 30th Street Senior Center with 50 participants who have been taking classes via zoom and pre-pandemic at multiple locations. Participants had an opportunity to meet their instructors and fellow students for the first time and enjoy the beautiful outdoor garden. This year marks the 16th anniversary of On Lok Always Active, its popular classes continue to be loved by the local community and now online via zoom.
This program is offered to seniors 60+ and adults with disabilities who reside in San Francisco. Classes are offered in multiple languages including English, Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin. To register email: alwaysactive@onlok.org or 415-550-2291.
