Consumer Satisfaction Surveys

Our program administer annual Consumer Satisfaction Survey to measure the quality of the program. Here are our results for this year:

79% of participants have joined 2x per week or more

98% evaluated quality of virtual classes are Excellent or Good

99% evaluated quality of instructors as Excellent or Good

93% Strongly agree or agree that since enrolling in the physical fitness program, they feel their fitness has improved.

Fitness Assessments 2021

Consumers who are taking Always Active group exercise classes are in the 70th percentile or higher on the Cardiovascular Endurance timed march Test, Static Balance single-leg stand Test, and Muscular Strength 30 Second Chair Stance Test compared to the national average.
